The Set-Apart One

Part 9 of the series on Who is the Bridegroom

His head is like … pure gold (Songs 5:11)

Separated – set-apart for a specific purpose. These are the words that I’ve written down when the Holy Spirit started to speak. The rest of the message is the word as I’ve received it on the 28th of April 2023.

“The highest honour and greatest privilege is to be set-apart for the Father’s glory. What are the things that honour the Father? Love, obedience and holiness.

When I have willingly laid down my life, it was love. Not just love for each person, but also for the world, the creation and My kingdom. The Father’s love dwells in Me for the Father and I are one. That is why love drove Me. Love above all honours My Father.

I have obeyed My Father’s will in obedience unto death. Obedience is worship. The laying down of the flesh is worship. Obedience without love is religiosity in which there is no honour or advantage.

This facet of My being contains so much depth and mysteries. It includes the anointing of the order of  Melgizedek.

Holiness and set-apartness cannot be separated. Set-apartness is a mantle in the spirit and can be recognised. That is the reason the enemy has inspired humans to mock Me with a mantle in the physical. The mantel of set-apartness carries the mysteries of the Father’s will. That is why the Father’s plan was not revealed up until the very last and critical moment.

To be set-apart involves love and obedience. Where love and obedience work together, holiness will always follows as a fruit.

How I desire for My bride to be truly My set-apart one. I want to imprint the seal of the fullness of who I am on My bride. So many say with their mouths: set-apart, separated and conceratrated. It is only lip service when it’s not reflected in the life of my bride. Where is the love above all? Gossip, slander, jealousy, hyprocicy, pretending and underminings are still seen in the lifes of those that appropriate these terms to themselves. No, my children, it doesn’t belong. You are called to love.

When man is truly full of the Father’s love, obedience will follow. How many claim with their mouth that they love but the fruit of obedience is missing.

Peter was an example of this. He was called to be My set-apart one. His mouth spoke of love and obedience. He had good intensions but there were fear in his heart. Does My Word not say that the perfect love will drive out the fear? Therefore, when the test of set-apartness was put infront of him, he failed. I had to restore his calling as set-apart one by asking him three times. Man needs to understand his dependancy on Me in this great calling. Go and read how he admitted that Godly love could only be found in Me. Outside of Me, this calling of set-apartness will only be a theoretical conversation.

Thus says the Set-apart One of the Father. Listen to what the Spirit of the Lord says. The wife of the Lamb are called to a life of set-apartness. I desire to hang the mantle of set-apartness on your shoulders. I will not throw my holy mantle on a shoulder that carries the yoke of Babylon. You think in your heart: “I don’t carry the yoke of Babylon”. It’s a yoke of lovelessness, unholiness, lovers of the world and its pleasures and is disobedient to My commandments. It’s a yoke that wants to keep commandments from a place of hardness and lovelessness. It’s a yoke that says only love is enough and obedience is no longer necessary. It’s a yoke of lies. Do I not call My bride out of Babylon? My yoke is easy to bear. I am gentle and lowly in heart. Full of love and mercy. One that delights in obedience above sacrifices.

I have so much more to teach you about this part of who I am, says the Set-apart One that has a head like pure gold. But this I want to leave with you. Gold are melted by fire. Set-apartness for YHVH is purged in the fire of the LORD. Without the fire of My zeal that purges love, obedience and holiness, you will never by able to call yourself a set-apart one of the Lord.

To be set-apart is not just a privilege of few. Everyone can have it, but little find it. You have to love the Lord your God with your whole heart, soul and all your mind and your neighbour like yourself. On these hang all the law and the prophets. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord says.”

[End of the word]

Scriptures and a short note:

When Jesus asked Peter three times whether he loves Him, Peter didn’t use the word agapé. He used the word phileo. Agapé speaks of godly love and phileo on a more brotherly kind of love or love for a friend. It seems like Peter couldn’t bring himself to boast on loving Jesus with an agapé kind of love. He was honest and in his brokeness he received mercy.

[if that is true] then do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and set apart for Himself and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’? (Joh 10:36 AMP)

For their sake I sanctify Myself [to do Your will], so that they also may be sanctified [set apart, dedicated, made holy] in [Your] truth. (Joh 17:19 AMP)
