For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory (2 Cor 4:17)
Both a pomegranate and a protea are very hardy. They have a strong outer protection. Once they open up, the most beautiful inside is revealed. Affliction and hardship also do that to us. Because of the power and grace of the Holy Spirit, we can withstand hardships. When we allow the Spirit of God to use affliction as a purification process, the most beautiful treasures can be revealed. The Father has made us beautiful, graceful, wise and loving. These things are already deposited into our spirit.
As we grow in Him and become fruitful, the beauty within can be revealed. What comes out of our mouths, reveal what is within. May the sound we make, be a testimony of the work of His Spirit in us.
