Beste Maatjies

This was a commissioned work. And it gave me such joy to paint these two little girls. It remined me of the following Scripture:

Sweet friendships refresh the soul and awaken our hearts with joy, for good friends are like the anointing oil that yields the fragrant incense of God’s presence. (Prov 27:9 TPT)

My prayer is that each on of us, find such a friend. But moreover that we become such a friend to someone else.
